What is Cross Training?

Our Cross Training program brings athletes of all backgrounds together for a shared fitness journey. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or have years of experience, you’ll find a welcoming community that fosters growth and success. Our one-hour class is structured to optimize your training, ensuring you receive a well-rounded fitness experience.

Cross Training Broken down

Our Cross Training classes are led by experienced and certified coaches passionate about your success. The sessions are divided into three core components

1. Warm-Up

Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up designed to increase blood flow, reduce the risk of injury, and prepare your body for the upcoming challenges. It’s the foundation of a productive training session.

2. Strength Training

The heart of our program is building strength through hypertrophy, which involves increasing the size and power of your muscles. This leads to enhanced physical performance and contributes to a toned and sculpted physique. Our coaches will guide you through exercises that target various muscle groups, ensuring a comprehensive and balanced approach to strength training.

3. Metabolic Conditioning

We conclude each session with a high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout. This is where you’ll push your limits, increase your heart rate, and elevate your fitness to new levels. It’s an exhilarating and challenging part of the class that leaves you feeling accomplished and invigorated.
